Samsung is attempting to stand out in the crowded TV market by turning it on its head – literally.

Higher Ground, former president and first lady Barack and Michelle Obama's production company, announced the first slate of content in its partnership with Netflix on Tuesday. The Obamas signed a multiyear deal with Netflix last year that was met with conservative backlash. The content includes the documentary "American Factory" that Netflix acquired from this year's Sundance Film Festival and "Fifth Risk," based on author Michael Lewis' "Fifth Risk: Undoing Democracy." The United States' passenger rail system is in dire need of improvement. Wes Edens, founder of Fortress Investment Group and the owner of several professional sports franchises, thinks he's found the cure.  Edens spoke with Business Insider about his leadership on Virgin Trains USA, which will eventually connect Miami and Orlando, Florida. There are nearly a dozen other possible locations for private passenger rail in the country, Edens says, and the West Coast is next on his list. Earlier today, Facebook announced plans to roll out a complete redesign of its ever-popular website. While website overhauls are not uncommon, Facebook redesigns are particularly intriguing given how widely used the site is and how iconic the overall look and feel -- dominated by blue tones -- has become over the years. As to what's changing, Facebook said that the blue menu bar that has been part of the site since the very beginning will be replaced by a cleaner interface with a more minimalist sensibility. Apple's attempts to help parents fight smartphone addiction among children should've been a PR win.

Avengers: Endgame is finally out which means we know how the Infinity Saga ends. The film is wildly entertaining and it’s packed with tons of callbacks to many of the previous 21 Marvel films, which is something you already know if you’ve already seen it. It also features several controversial choices, which is something you should have expected given this is the fourth movie made by the same people who shocked audiences before. I had several questions after seeing Endgame , as well as potential explanations for one of the film's key plot points . Instagram is expanding an effort to let influencers sell their products directly on the platform. Instagram has been making commerce a bigger priority in recent months as it steps up its efforts to compete with Amazon and Pinterest. Visit Business Insider's homepage for more stories.
