Vimeo CEO Anjali Sud got the job in July because she had a vision for how to differentiate Vimeo from larger video services like YouTube and Netflix. At 34, she's the youngest CEO of an IAC company. She explained what it was like growing up in Flint, Michigan, and described career advice she learned from her father, an entrepreneur and immigrant. Anjali Sud has always sought out opportunities that aren't easy — that seem intimidating at first. She left Flint, Michigan, at 14 for the elite Massachusetts boarding school Phillips Academy on a scholarship. And she became the CEO of Vimeo at 34.
