After a week of nonstop speedrunning action, Summer Games Done Quick 2018 came to a close on Sunday morning at around 4:00 AM ET. If you've never tuned in to a GDQ event before, it is exactly what the title says -- gamers blow through dozens of games as quickly as they can while raising money for charity. This summer's event was one of the most successful to date, as over $2 million was raised for Doctors Without Borders.

If you happened to miss the event, we have good news: Every speedrun was recorded and uploaded to the Games Done Quick YouTube channel. AutoDesk , the $27 billion software company best known for its architecture program AutoCAD, will acquired PlanGrid for $875 million, the company announced Tuesday. Founded in 2012, PlanGrid is a GV (formerly Google Ventures) and Sequoia Capital-backed construction productivity tool.  "At PlanGrid, we have a relentless focus on empowering construction workers to build as productively as possible," said Tracy Young, PlanGrid cofounder and CEO. "One of the first steps to improving construction productivity is the adoption of digital workflows with centralized data.
